We support the ministry of training national leaders to do the work of service in their own countries. We do not start churches but we support those who do. Pastor Cotter has developed material for several intensive one week courses including: Old Testament Survey, New Testament Survey, Pastoral Theology, Spiritual Gifts, and Church Administration.
